Processing time

Our goal is always to ship orders as quickly as possible, with most orders packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times shown at checkout refer to actual transit time, and do not account for processing time or delays.

Canada

We are happy to offer shipping for domestic orders & free shipping on orders over $50.

Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order and will be sent via emailed after your order has shipped. We use Canada Post as the default courier.

Please note: Canada Post will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address. Canada Post does not deliver on weekends, please keep that in mind.

United States

We are happy to offer shipping for international USA orders & free shipping on orders over $50.

Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order and will be sent via emailed after your order has shipped. We use USPS as the default courier.

Please note: USPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address. USPS does not deliver on weekends, please keep that in mind.

Back Orders

We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.

Lost/Damaged by post office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with Canada Post/USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
